How To Report A Website Problem
To help resolve any errors on a website, we will need steps to reproduce the problem from our end. We require the following information:
- Browser Version
- Operating System Version
- If using Internet Explorer, have Friendly HTTP error messages turned off*
- Exact steps taken to reproduce the problem. Provide as much detail as possible. Include URLs of page(s) involved.
- Screenshot of the page before any error (PrtScn then paste in email)
- Screenshot of the error
- Does it happen every time?
*To turn off "Friendly HTTP error messages" in IE, please do the following:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Scroll down to "Browsing" > Uncheck "Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages > click OKSTEP 2
